Thoughtful, integrative care rooted in listening and connection.
I believe health is rarely just about one symptom, one lab result, or one diagnosis.
Our hormones, digestion, energy, stress levels, relationships, life experiences, and emotional wellbeing are deeply interconnected — and often, the body reflects what we’ve been carrying for a long time.
As a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist, my approach is rooted in understanding the full picture. I take time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and explore the patterns that may be contributing to why you don’t feel like yourself.
Whether someone is navigating fatigue, hormone concerns, digestive symptoms, stress, anxiety, burnout, perimenopause, fertility challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from their health, my goal is to help uncover meaningful next steps in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and individualized.
I believe patients deserve to feel heard.
When we work together, we look beyond symptom management alone and explore the many factors that influence health — including lifestyle, nervous system regulation, emotional stress, nutrition, sleep, and environmental contributors. My role is to help connect the dots and create a treatment plan that supports both immediate concerns and long-term wellbeing.
My practice blends evidence-informed naturopathic medicine with a compassionate, collaborative approach to care. I deeply value integrative medicine and believe conventional and naturopathic approaches can work together in meaningful ways to better support patients.
My Story
I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare.
While studying biomedical sciences and psychology in university, I discovered naturopathic medicine somewhat unexpectedly — and it immediately resonated with me. Around the same time, I was struggling with chronic recurrent infections and feeling frustrated by how unheard I felt within the healthcare system.
My experience with naturopathic medicine changed that.
For the first time, I felt like someone was truly listening — not just to my symptoms, but to the bigger picture of my life and health. That experience ultimately shaped the kind of practitioner I wanted to become.
After graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2010, I built a practice serving patients both virtually across Ontario and locally in my community. Currently I live and work in Prince Edward County.
Over the years, my work has evolved alongside my own life experiences.
Becoming a mother to three boys profoundly changed the way I understand health, caregiving, stress, resilience, and the importance of support during difficult seasons of life. Walking through a life-threatening diagnosis of leukemia with my youngest child further deepened my appreciation for compassionate, collaborative healthcare and reinforced my belief that patients and families deserve to feel informed, supported, and cared for as whole people.
These experiences continue to shape the way I practice today.
At the heart of my work is a genuine love for hearing people’s stories, helping them make sense of their symptoms, and supporting them in moving toward better health in a sustainable and meaningful way.
When I’m not in practice, you’ll usually find me at a hockey rink or sports field with my boys, listening to a health podcast, spending time outdoors, or enjoying slower moments with family and friends
